Classic Italian Pizza with thin crust

500 g of plain flour
1 sachet of The Simpler Co Active Dry Yeast
5 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of sugar
300-350ml of water
Pinch of salt

Activate a sachet (10g) of The Simpler Co Active Dry Yeast in warm water according to packet instructions. Add activated yeast and olive oil to 500 g of plain flour and knead well, adding appropriate amount of water along the way (300-350ml water). Let rise for at least 1 hour in a warm environment.

Roll the dough out into a thin crust with a dusting of flour. Layer with tomato sauce, oregano, salt, some olive oil and other condiments to your liking.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at about 250°C for about 20 minutes, add sliced mozzarella cheese 5 minutes before taking the pizza out of the oven.

The result is a classic Italian style pizza with thin crust baked to perfection.
